Sweden’s Tape are one of my favorite bands. They play a really sparse mix of pastoral folk, free jazz, and music concrete that manages to be forward thinking and accessible, all at the same time. For this tour, they are sharing the stage with New York’s, Mountains, another group who are no strangers to experimentation. Nadine and I really wanted to move into a new direction with the new year setting in. One that looks a bit more towards the future. We thought this project was a perfect place to start. We are really excited about how this turned out and can’t wait to keep pushing.
