This version of this poster came spontaneous in a kind of last minute spirit. One issue with my first idea was the type size. We are known for our held back type and for white space and exactly that was a problem for our client. So I decided to go huge. I figured the large type would be enough of an eye catcher to decrypt the vertical alignment. Of course, growing up with Japanese prints at home, this came natural to me.
This poster got into the Chicago Poster Biennial 2010 as a finalist!
We are sold out of this print. But you can purchase it still at the Metro Chicago, online store.
